This is a delicious, easy, yummy, sweet tasting finger food. The folks at Gluten Free Sensations shared this recipe with me years ago, and I’ve made it 100 times or more. It’s quick, easy and the kids LOVE it. It makes great treat for classrooms. If you are a peanut free school – use sunbutter instead. I like it with almond butter because I don’t eat peanuts (they are actually legumes) and often times have mold on them (especially the big national brands). Mold can cause all kinds of issues from fatigue, to brain fog, to inability to focus – and we don’t need anymore of that.
Enjoy!!!!
